I have a dirty secret to tell you all
I've been watching Glee on Hulu- and I can't stop. See, I was in the Chugiak High School Swing Choir- and I love a good show tune. The episodes are actually laugh out loud, darkly funny in some parts - and the singing, though very studio polished is not shabby at all.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
You and my girlfriend. Still, that doesn't make you any less gay in my eyes.

What? Can't a burly hetero man like show tunes?
^Sure you can. *Fairy dust fairy dust fairy dust*
Oh my god, KP! Now you've gone and reminded me...it's about time to watch The Birdcage again. One of my favorite movies of all time.
"Why can't a woman......be more like a man?"
Men are so honest, so thoroughly square;
Eternally noble, historic'ly fair;
Who, when you win, will always give your back a pat.
Well, why can't a woman be like that?

My friends love that show. I am not into musical so I don't watch it.

I think I like to watch slightly cheesey-mainstreamy US shows because I get homesick.
That's not a dirty secret, it's a guilty pleasure. Enjoy, man! Enjoy!
I love Glee. I agree that the singing is a little too manipulated and polished, but it's hard to expect people to act and sing well. Not everyone is a double threat.
Glee? I thought it was something worse.
I was actually ducking slightly when I saw the "I have a dirty secret to tell you..."

Ha... I recently came across Glee's interesting rendition of Don't Stop Believing, and that motivated me to get the complete soundtrack and watch the first episode of the series. Not bad. Didn't expect to encounter anyone else who had a similar experience
