It's in pretty lousy shape. It received a CGC rating of 1.0 (Fair) out of a possibly 10.0 (Gem Mint). The cover is disconnected from the rest of the comic, there's tape on the cover and the pages are off-white. It's pretty banged up, but the thing is over 45 years old. It's still cool to hold in your hand, and even the low grade versions of AF #15 are worth something even if it's not $450,000.

And, CP, I'll get right on suing Stan for defacing my comic!

AWESOME! Finally some comic lovin' on this web site! How much did you drop on it? CGC grading always seemed crazy to me, as modern comics hold almost zero value, unless the artist dies right before it comes out, or nipples are showing.
