Ever wondered what it looks like to lap the 13.629km/8.47 mile Le Mans circuit in 3 minutes 17.767s?

This wasn't the fastest lap this year, but is well inside the old record of 3:19.074 held by Loïc Duval since 2010.

As comments in the Jalopnik article point out, it's actually only a few seconds slower than the outright record for the circuit in any configuration, so they've almost made back all the time taken by the chicanes and other track modifications.
