AeroMechanicalsays...Anyone know a reason for the rain tires? (testing ban, perhaps?) But I've noticed that open wheel cars on display tend to be wearing rain tires. I thought it might just be because they're more interesting looking than slicks, but I'm wondering if there is another reason.
