Ever sit there on technical support because your ISP changed the outgoing server settings required to send your emails? All you wanna do is get the change, and be on your merry little way. Instead you have to talk to Mara, a lovely sounding lady with a beautiful spanish accent, as she walks you step by step through "troubleshooting" the problem. Do not even attempt to clarify that you've already troubleshot everything that she is going to go through: yes my modem is working, yes i can connect to the internet, etc...Oh, and never mind trying to jump ahead a couple steps while she slugs along guiding you through EVERY button to push.

Why can't I, for once, talk to somebody that knows whats up. That can understand the purposes behind these MAGICAL procedures? Oh...and apparently, after you make a change to outlook settings, and you shut it down, you have to wait 20 seconds for the "them to get the stuff redone"...that's according to our sweet Mara.
