"The idea came to me in a dream I had this morning. I didn't really like how the classic Sesame Street "Ladybug's Picnic" song (a staple from my childhood) was performed on the new stop-motion version that came out five years ago (like a new pop version of some sort), so I took the new animation and synced it to Jim Kweskin's original recording of the song. For the most part, it was a seamless fit! I will say the newer animation (done by the Misseri Studio, the Italian company that also did the "Bert and Ernie's Greatest Adventures" segments) is rather cute, but I'm not too big on how they did the ending; in the original, their bonfire got bigger and out of control and burned their marshmallows to a crisp, before the Ladybugs got scared and then the fire dog put out the blaze. "Ladybug's Picnic" (C) 1971, 2010 SesameWorkshop; FAIR USE!"
