For crying out loud, this needs some seasoning!
I'm from Austria, and we know better... A bit of salt and pepper on the meat, or in the egg wash, and it would be so much better. What a fool!

The seasoning is in the flour, but it is there... they might not have mentioned it in the video, but it's in the notes when you click through.
