Raw Food : the ultimate diet!

You'd think it's back to Neanderthal cuisine, but these folks are healthy as hell. Their best argument is : once cooked, food can lose up to 85% of its nutritional value. They also crave on sprouts, living foods that are full of pure vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids. Nuts are a go as well. Although this person (Angela Stokes) went vegan at the same time, raw unprocessed meet is "allowed" in their menu.

Gotta love those salads, though!
