Presidential Historian Tom Naftali explains a CSPAN survey that asked 142 presidential historians and historical observers of the presidency to rate all the US presidents. Abraham Lincoln came in at the top spot and Donald Trump tied for 42nd, the worst ranking of any president in the last 150 years.
