No. 8; "One study showed that 40% of sufferers (schizophrenia) were left-handed." Am I being dumb, or doesn't that suggest that 60% are right-handed?

Yes it does, but since only 10% of the general population are left handed, that's a much larger than expected proportion of the schizophrenics who are left handed... you would expect that if it was random, 80%-90% (depending on study size) of them would be right handed rather than 60%.

The point of the clockwise spiral stairs is that it restricts right handed attackers going up the stairs, but not right handed defenders facing down them.

So while a left handed knight would have an attacking advantage they would have a disadvantage when defending instead.
