Hi Capn' - thanks for responding. In this particular case I'm afraid this does fall afoul of our self-linking rules. Your association to the PistolShrimps means that this is a self-link by our definition. In this case, we'll just *discard and carry on.
Yes, I know the guys behind PistolShrimps. I don't usually share videos here just watch them, but I like what they do and want to share their work. Haven't been active here for a long time, but the Harry Potter vids PistolShrimps make have been popular here, so I thought I would share their new one. And that goes for other sites I'm on too. Just want to share their work

It's also in the sidebar - though it should probably go in the "Videos" dropdown as well.
Is this getting fixed? Having the only link to Beggar's Canyon be in the fine print on the bottom makes it pretty useless. (I was going to ask in a talk post, but that seemed silly after a moments thought.)

I'm glad to hear that. It is a bit of a trade-off having only three. We may need to establish some Sift etiquette on when to promote.

I have often promoted when nobody was around, and wasted a point... the new system suits me right down to the ground.
