BIll Maher Unleashes Against Militarized Police
What's coming inevitably will be as it's always been in the 'century-of-self ': The machine keeps peeps distracted by disinformation, issues to rally-behind, toys to play with and continual mind-fucking through Bernay's-style cradle-to-grave programming then....Suddenly, like three skyscrapers dropping into their footprints on International Shit-Box Tonight with Sham Cocksworth, yet another, 'create-the-crisis-provide-the-solution' scenario will further strengthen the resolve of the assholes who want ultimately to have the world to themselves and the bulk of humanity as dutiful robot-putty-slaves.
Technology, technique, fear, and an empty promise of safety and security (please, think of the children again, break to commercial) will shape the next worldwide crisis and urgency of action...and again, watch rights and individual responsibility deteriorate into a controlled chaos.
Fake alien invasion? Orchestrated and choreographed conflicts? Some scary flesh-eating disease? Most-likely the next planetary theatrical concoction will be some superfecta once again where fascism continues to reign supreme and the entire globe continues along the path of planetary lock-down.
Oh, and pusillanimous shit-heals with Cheeto-stained fingertips will between anime-clips and chicken-choking to porn, (who think they know how police fraternities work), will continue to pop-spit from the illusory comfort of their soiled computer chairs....
'Right...'Left' ?? Again, for the ChaosEngines of the world...a concocted and programmed, fucking illusion.
THIS SITE IS A JOKE (Comedy Talk Post)
The sites a joke for reasons other than this user has chimed-in without understanding the jyst of 'reading anything before purchasing:' Here's a short list:
Hypocrisy/Double standards: Popularity fuels status through brown-nosing and robotic insincerity garners votes rather than content quality prompting the same.
Most people are afraid to cast a down-vote for content rather, they do it when they don't 'like' someone. Petty, pussified, and worthlessly dishonest.
Others, users with nothing better to do than to single out another for divisive abuse when his/her opinion or message doesn't jibe with their cloistered or developmentally-disabled world view, push the envelope with sophomoric rambling or graffiti in the form of retarded commentary on profiles or blatant rule-breaking while admins turn a lazy blind,or otherwise complicate eye....Seek professional help or leave the house every once in a while....Works wonders, kids.
Cocksuckers-by-choice, continue to bring the overall quality of the site down with inane ink-well-dipping and hair-pulling or other wise goading for example, Christians, those with conservative-leaning sensibilities, or constructive-critics, enough so that they stop contributing altogether, lurk, or disappear.
From time-to-time, it has been the job of the strongest-willed and long-suffering,to gently guide these users up the pathway upwards and into their own asses rather than enjoy the place and make whoopee with great content....
Yeah mygamesarefun, don't care if you joined by mistake or were simply dull, there is indeed an air of douche here that's entrenched which continually befouls the collective spirit of community.
Won't name names on my list, cocksuckers-by-choice have mirrors on walls in their funk-caves, down the hall from their game-controllers and pizza-stained and blistered microwaves, as well as the lavatories at their shit jobs or in their fucking mother's basement....Any doubts? Just look at the banter above and save your fucking money.
Oh and.....Have a NICE day.
(cue comment down-votes, and fuck-off.)
Some of the most egregious of violators are sure to chime-in on this thread, stay tuned for more guano, coming-up next.

Butters does have a point though...
Regarding leg angle and and pooping:
If you do the Butters technique, you have the added benefit of facing a wall which gives you the opportunity of placing your feet up on the wall to improve your colon positioning and leg angle, therefore the straightness of the defecation vector. Caution is necessary, though, as you need to grab onto the toilet to avoid launching yourself backside first from the toilet in a motion resembling a jump from a squatting position. This is especially hazardous during difficult defecation acts involving constipation or any kind of pain. Also, you'd want to avoid to give the expression "skidmarks" a new definition as it might stain the Butters technique irreparably.
How not to throw confetti
I get your point, but no one was chastising grandma, and the bride only seemed worried about not letting the dress stain (not knowing what was just thrown on her). It could have been red wine for all she knew.
Sometimes minimizing damage takes precedence over ignoring a mistake, especially when the damage could be thousands of dollars or destruction of a 'family heirloom' and could be fixed if taken care of instantly.
Oh for heaven sake. You got splashed with a bit of wine. Keep moving and deal with it later instead of ruining the moment and making the old lady feel bad. Stupid.
How not to throw confetti
I might tend to agree except when considering that her dress may be one she planned to keep forever and ever and pass down to a daughter, but now it has been ruined with a big wine stain across it. (Or far less likely, but also possible, maybe the dress was passed down to her from her mother.)
Yes, try to make Granny not feel so mortified, but also feel free to be horrified and dismayed at what just happened to your wedding dress in the middle of your wedding.

ah thank you for your kind words my friend.
much appreciated.
many here on this site of late appear to have acquired super powers and have the ability to discern my intentions.
which to my surprise are always egotistical in nature....the mind..it baffles.
the belittling, trolling and smug arrogance grates on my nerves and is so un-necessary.
all multiple forms of bullying i detest.
little kings..
in their little fiefdoms..
demanding respect while giving none.
i would chuckle if it were not so heart breaking.
but i am duty bound to stand up and point to the rot and the decay.
few ears listen and even rarer for a heart to be touched.
and even when i do that my words are ridiculed and dismissed.
corruption seeks to blind the seeker and deafen one who would listen.whispering always to the most intimate and despicable of our natures.
selfishness knows no bounds...it just wants more.
i am losing this battle.
my integrity..questioned.
my motivations...projected by those with lesser constitutions.
sacrifices ..all in vain, for naught but a harsh word and a suspicious glare.
as if i were the enemy.
where is the love?
the joy of creation and just being?
of connecting with another and rejoicing in that small moment of realization?
ah my friend,i struggle with those who choose pettiness over substance and to the absolute deafening roar of silence.the pervasive shadow of fear has infected and conquered more territory over the past year, seeping like a stain.
and the oblivious rejoice in their own ignorance.
thinking themselves clever.
doom has never before held such a beautiful and entrancing countenance.
we revel in our own stink and call it lovely.
dancing like macabre ghosts on a sterile landscape...
love and joy left long ago...
and we clap like monkeys and gleefully chatter as the noose is drawn tighter.
and the smell of death and fear grow stronger, but the allure of violence distracts us from our own emptiness.
what is it worth if there is no love?
ah..but this is why yours was/is so precious.
thank you my friend.
there is love,
and with that...
there is hope.
because i love you.

An interesting response.
I hadn't realized that the life of black people in the South isn't universally known. It is such a stain on our history, such a cruel example of the Honors English theme of "man's inhumanity to man."
For me, that article wasn't about class warfare and voting rights. It was a portrait of fear overcome, and taught me some details about what it meant to be black in the deep South (you have to walk in A LINE when you meet a white person on the sidewalk???!!!)
Whenever I begin to think about this article, I start to tear up.
Which is interesting to me -- that that wasn't your take-away. Which means to me our shame isn't as internationally known as I thought. I think. Or maybe not. Whatever
Like the author said, I don't get it. And it would be delusional of me to think that I ever will. But the socialist aspect of his actions, the notion of class warfare, of materialism run amok, of the pain poverty inflicts on society through its mere existence -- that's something I can relate to.
So I'll cherish his legacy as a fellow "Genosse" even though it was outshined by his fight against racism.
(And all of the above is under the premise that I probably know less about MLK than your average highschool student)
Science Vlogger reads her comments
I agree, I restricted my point to things that can easily be changed. That was intentional. Those were the sorts of comments she was complaining about (e.g. that she's being "intentionally unattractive"). Men would receive similar criticism. If straight up sinewy stud wore baggy assed stained hoodies to his weatherman job, or thick rimmed glasses and a pocket protector with suspenders then a handful of people would give him shit for it. I promise you. They would. A handful more will talk about how they don't give a fuck and want to jump on his magnetic pole. The rest will talk about how they hate "wintery mix."
You seem to miss my point. I think it's demeaning to suggest that being sexualized is the problem, or even that it is gendered. Cat calls, come ons and so forth should be seen for what they are. Compliments. The problem is exactly what you said in the last paragraph. What you look like, and the value of what you say should be seen as completely orthogonal dimensions. Unfortunately, in this world they aren't. That's lame.
Men aren't judged by looks as much as women. And you're talking about clothing and things easily adjusted, such as shaving. Both of those are generally considered unkept, for good looking men or ugly men. Has nothing to do with physical merit.
Plus, if you look at, for instance, TV Anchors, how many of those men are in super good shape? Especially sports announcers. How many overweight men do you see on tv, and how many over weight women? Save for Candy, of course. (Wasn't her name Candy? Cindy? Mandy? Andy? Damn I'm bad with names grrr) Point stands, women are held to a much higher standard for physical attractiveness than men in order to be considered "worthwhile" or "have anything relevant to say".

The stone conservatory is a drooling idiot, the window slit is the idiot mouth, the weather stains are the drool... not a slow trickle, just the hanging saliva. The weather stains are water, but standing in for saliva as the window is standing in for the mouth.

I wish I'd started off by quoting Poetry, I didn't like my first response
Ahh but don't you see? Even in the poem you quoted, what's more likely the meaning of that line?
"The weather-stains for the dribble"
Is it
"The weather-stains for the saliva"
Or?
"The weather-stains for the slow trickle"
Does the author intend to mean the weather that day is made of saliva or simply water?
I understand the difference is subtle, but that's the reason for a DIFFERENT word.
Keep in mind that Jinx described his own meaning as human saliva.

I would really love you to have persuaded me that I was wrong, but I really think the two words are just too closely related.
I did come across the wonderful descriptive phrase "brain-dribble" from Henry Duff Traill, but not in a sense that helps either of us.
I also came across a Henry Lawson poem, One Hundred and Three, from 1908, which includes this passage:
Clearly dribble isn't often used as a noun, and a look at google books found it more often as a name than as a noun, but it is such a close synonym to drivel and slavver that I remain unconvinced that you can't... as much as, like I said, I would love you to have convinced me and for Jinx to have been wrong.

Meh. The noun form is the one that's really important because that's how it was used in the sentence.
What he said was:
"...it's already lost in a sea of dribble"
What that means is:
"...it's already lost in a sea of the act of dribbling"
or
"...it's already lost in a sea of a small quantity"
or
"...it's already lost in a sea of a slow trickle"
--------------------
The real issue here is the snide response I didn't like and the unwillingness of people to admit they're wrong and correct a mistake.
Ironically, by saying "it's already lost in a sea of dribble," then defending the misuse of that word @Jinx was adding to the drivel on the internet without realizing it.

No, I meant dribble.
See, in English we sometimes we say things we don't literally mean. I want you to imagine some slack jaw, shirt stained with drool, covering their screen with their indignant "drivel".

The correct way to eat a pomegranate
I remember pomegranates being very expensive in the US, to the point that they were a "once a year on Thanksgiving" kind of thing for my family. But that was in rural Kansas - maybe they aren't so expensive in cities with more fresh fruit import infrastructure.
Now that I am living in Thailand, they are cheap and readily available. And interestingly enough, the flesh around the seeds is clear or possibly with a very slight red/pink hue -- but not at all like the deep red they were in the US version.
So, here I've gotten into the habit of just ripping the fruit open with my bear hands and eating handfuls -- no staining issues. But, this will video definitely come in handy if I want to be a little more dignified when cracking one open. Thais call the deep red version "Indian Pomegranate" (translated), so maybe the US sources most of their imports from there.
