holy shit that was awesome. That hulk was way more badass than the lame movie one that came out in theaters. Poor Spidey was pretty impotent against those Robots and he even got left off the front page of the newspaper. Time to hang up your webbing spidey.

If my spidey-sense goes off I know there's something wrong and I do a search for a dupe. It would be interesting to get an estimate of how many dupes we have missed to date.

As I understand it, the footage here was not intended for the film, just this trailer - and both it and preview posters with the reflection of the Towers in Spidey's eye piece were pulled after 9/11.

And for crying out loud, it's "Spider-Man", not "Spiderman".

Theo does have a point, this is from the TS released a day or two after Spidey debuted in the western world. Not only is this horrible quality, but I also doubt Sony Pictures would appreciate it being spread. Just surprised it hasn't been deleted from YouTube yet, heh.

For those wondering, the added scenes here are:

- the shots of the train going through the stop, and
- the entire sequence of Doc Ock grappling with Spidey on top of the train, holding him up high, forcing him to the side of the car, running him into the signs at track level, then being struck by the oncoming train.

Oh, you cynics - I happen to love that sequence; I get a little misty when the grateful passengers swear to keep his secret.

Watch the movies again; Spidey's webbing is clearly shown to have elasticity is numerous scenes - and here, when they reach their upper edge of tension, Spidey's arms are almost torn right out of their sockets.

Loved it except for the jesus treatment at the end. Oh and the fact that a 30-metre length of Spidey's web is shown to stretch to a few hundred metres...
