The first part is absolutely my favorite MP scene, with the strangely hippie navy crew and the slowly-turning-pirate news anchor, it's like a sketch comedy symphony.

Nah, they just used stuff from the Disney stage show. 1 day rental for 5 costumes, not all that much. The toughest part was probably putting together the walls and chandelier, which also could have come from storage somewhere.

I'm still not a big fan of sketch comedy, but this is one of the better ones I've seen lately. And I'm a huge Beauty and the Beast fan.

Kid in the Hall will always be my tops, along with Python and Stella (maybe even too out there for some Python/Kids/WKYK fans), but I still really enjoy The Whitest Kids You Know.

I've seen her live at the Groundlings theater. She is quite funny, especially in a sketch comedy setting.
