There was a point when aerial drones were only used for surveillance, because of ethical concerns about arming them. We crossed that line (16 years ago today), but kill-orders still have to come from a human, and that's the line that the A.I. professor (end of video) hopes we never cross.

When i used to play disc golf i put plenty of disc high in the tree tops. A wrist rocket was always something i carried just in case. If you are in the snow im guessing you would also need to carry the projectiles.

Fingerboards or rollers work great, especially ones that mount to the fence that you can use to apply pressure from the top to help keep the piece of tipping. A sled/jig would have helped too.

But yeah, I learned the hard way how powerful table saws can be when a piece of 1/8" mdf I was cutting somehow skewed a bit, rode up onto the saw blade and was flung back into my abdomen. It felt like I got hit with a baseball bat and the welt it left was impressive. Never made that mistake again. It was frustrating too because I'm super cautious when it comes to hand placement, etc (push sticks, rollers, fingerboards all get used) - but I didn't really think about a piece of 1/8" mdf turning into a projectile!

I'd be more worried about the vehicle flipping, or being picked up and thrown. They weren't wearing seat belts so both scenarios would be pretty serious, if not fatal. Additionally, debris falling on the truck or more aptly, how some debris can be picked up and turned into a projectile that can penetrate the metal and/or windows causing great harm.

I would wager that in most cased to break tempered glass, the outside pressure would already be high enough to roll/flip the car. But to be safe, you're better off cracking the windows anyway.
