I like how they're like, "LEAPT from the rooftop... cops grabbed her IN MID-AIR..." Okay sensationalize it a bit more, would you? She was sitting down, trying to minimalize the damage, rather than straight up jumping which could actually cause death. She's a fucking attention whore and she wanted people to notice her and feel bad about her. Then the only reason she did ANYTHING was because the cop was right there and she knew she'd be caught. @westy he got his elbow in mid-air and fell aaaaaaaaall the way to the floor. I guess he seemed ok, because he is an athlete. But that was a rather hard double check to the chest (elbow and ground)

I can only guess that the mid-air wobble is an example of why they use rifling to make bullets spin. Without the spin, all kinds of little forces have a much more noticeable impact on trajectory.

@heathen I see what you're saying...the two being related still seems far-fetched. Something that kills birds mid-air and fish 125 miles away...not saying it's impossible that they're related, just that it probably isn't something as obvious as a pollutant.

Besides, NPR had a segment on All Things Considered last evening that said the birds they collected to study all had internal bleeding from what they thought was blunt force trauma and that they didn't expect to find any traces of pollutants.

If talent is just juggling and pulling your pants off and on in mid air then, yes, world's most talented.... well, maybe.

Its probably just leftover kinetic energy, plus the fact that snow and ice has a very effective cushioning effect on bullets, it stops the bullet without any damage to it. I've seen 7.62 mm bullets fired by MG-3 (similar to the german ww2 MG-42 machine gun) stopping just by gently gracing the snow 1-2 meters, and they just lay there on the fine snow as if they stopped in mid-air, matrix-style. In addition bullets are given a bit of a spin out of the barrel, but in this video it was probably sped up by the kinetic energy. Essentially, it looks like the same effect you get when dropping a lid or something on the floor,and it goes on forever making noise and settling down while spinning.
