Youtube is trying to get people to use the iframe embedding instead of the good ol object embedding.

When you open the thingie to get the embed code, there's three options as well. The last is the one radx speaks of "Use iframe embed code (beta)". Uncheck that, and you're good.

Vimeo is starting to do the same thing, where you just have to choose "old embed code" instead.
