Return of the Jedi ending - rare rough version
While it is really annoying to see Hayden Chrstianson... he is a horrible actor who phoned his performance... it does make sense to see him rather than the "old" Anakin Skywalker with the prequels made the way they were. To put it simply: Anakin NEVER looked like he did in Return of the Jedi if we are to assume that the events that take place in the prequels actually happen. Because he gets all burned and effed up in the 3rd prequel, the last moment he looked remotely "normal" was as Hayden Christianson.
I mean, if I could just go back in time and somehow prevent Lucas from making the prequels... well hell. I'd probably just skip that and buy myself a sports alamanac like Biff... That and invest in Apple.
Return of the Jedi ending - rare rough version
" The thing i'm truly pissed off about is how they changed Anakin in the remastered version to Hayden Christienson."
Yeah. I agree with you. A really pointless edit. Why not just go all out, and get Ewan McGregor to appear instead of Alec Guinness.
Return of the Jedi ending - rare rough version
Man, I actually love the music in this, more so then what they ended up doing..which don't get me wrong, what they ended up with fits the ewoks more.
The thing i'm truly pissed off about is how they changed Anakin in the remastered version to Hayden Christienson. It bothers me to see that talentless bastard in any of the original trilogy, but not only that..they made it so Luke's father looks younger then HE does.
Sexual Harassment with Hayden Panettiere
I'm no fan of Jessica, far from it, but Hayden doesn't come close to Miss Alba, not by a mile. Seeing this, I just hope the girl's not this self-centered and narcissistic IRL

And gwiz - just wait for ant's comment downvote

No problem. I'm just doing it because:

1. It's funny, and
2. I'm a middle-aged pervert who likes hot girlies half his age.
Too late. No one can unpromote it now, and * killing it won't make the thoughts go away. You'll simply have to learn to live with this horrible knowledge. Good luck.

Star Wars Episode III: Anakin duels Obi-Wan.
i really don't know what was going through Lucas' mind when he wrote the new trilogy. i mean, most of the hard core SW fans are now over 30 years old and he went and made another 3 movies even a 12-year old wouldn't find credible, even within the parameters of SW universe. stupid bastard ruined it all for me. and don't even get me started on Hayden Christensen as Annakin, worst acting on big screen ever. Evan and Natalie were the only good things in it. and Yoda with a lightsaber, of course.

It's true. In particular, the episode "Extended Family" or some such has a perfect adaptation of "Have You Passed Through This Night" to the Robert Hayden poem "Full Moon" somewhere in the middle. It's here (You have to scroll through the select episode tab): http://www.nbc.com/Friday_Night_Lights/video/episodes.shtml
It's Just a Flesh Wound!
Upvote, mainly because I got a crush on Hayden Panatierre.
Countdown Special Comment: Bush, Cheney Should Resign
Actually RadHazG, you're right and wrong from my understanding. Yes she was covert, the following quote from General Hayden, head of the CIA, was read into testimony at a House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
---During her employment at the CIA, Ms. Wilson was undercover. Her employment status with the CIA was classified information, prohibited from disclosure under Executive Order 12958.
At the time of the publication of Robert Novak's column on July 14, 2003, Ms. Wilson's CIA employment status was covert. This was classified information.---
Keyword search of the following should turn up the relevant section for that quote. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/special/plame/plame_transcript_031607.html
In the sentencing memo used in the Libby trial she is also referred to as covert repeatedly. Link to that here, though it's a large PDF file so be aware. My understanding is that she was what's called NOC or Non-Official Cover. Those are the ones who don't even have the protection of diplomatic immunity and that's why the CIA was pissed about this.

Libby wasn't going to do time over outing her though, that was over two counts of perjury, one count of obstruction and one of lying to the FBI to block the investigation. The outing I'm not sure we're at the bottom of yet, they say Armitage played a key role in it but nothing I've seen there explains why Libby would have lied. There's something we're missing still I think.
Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back alternate ending
From Wiki: One of the controversies surrounding the 2004 DVD release of the film was that the "ghost" of Anakin was replaced by Hayden Christensen, though Shaw is still the one shown as Anakin/Vader in the scene when Vader is unmasked, and is the only actor credited with the role in that film. In 2006, another DVD release featured the original version of Return of the Jedi, with Shaw restored as the ghost of Anakin Skywalker.
I didn't realize they "put him back", so to speak.
Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back alternate ending
True, but at least we wouldn't have had to look at Hayden Christensen's smiling ghost at the end of the sixth. It's no better for poor ol' Sebastian Shaw, of course, but so it goes.

Stupid Design - evidence for a universe without a design
This is from a presentation by Neil deGrasse Tyson at the 2006 Beyond Belief conference. Neil is the director of the Hayden Planetarium in the Rose Center For Earth and Space at the American Museum of Natural History. In this Powerpoint entitled "Stupid Design" Tyson points out some of the glaring evidence for a universe without a designer.
