I will certainly watch both Dune and Boba Fett.

I consiously avoid seeing anything about Dune (or any movie I might see at a n actual cinema) but I watch all the Star Wars trailers.

BTW, is that Boba Fett at 1:23 on the far left? It could be just another Mandalorian, as we've seen plenty to indicate they are in the movie, but that armor looks like Fett's specifically.

Can someone explain why dogs get freaked out by cardboard cutouts? My friend had one of Boba Fett and this dog (a lab)literally jumped on the counter and sprayed liquid shit out of her butt all over the kitchen in fear. Didn't taunt her or anything. Just brought it in the house.

Does 2d freak them out more than anything else or something?

My kids couldn't get into Star Trek. But my daughter is hugely into the Star Wars extended universe. She loves telling me how Boba Fett actually survived the Sarlac pit - and how Chewbakka had a nephew - mandalorian armour ... I could go on.

Gaaaah! Pardon my nerdgasm. I'm going to find only the positive in this news. It was always a head scratcher to me that they werent doing more with the Star wars universe. Like getting some of the many talented people out there to create even a self contained movie, like Boba Fetts Big Score or Sly Snootles struggle to make it in a jawa dominated music industry or something.
