Real art is political, moving, inspiring, bewildering, emotional, carries sentiment, is powerful and is entirely and uniquely human.

The music sounds to me like it is from the Brobdingnagian Bards, who tend to play, between then, an autoharp, a mandolin, and a recorder. If you haven't listened to them before, I highly recommend them.
