How did the police emerge from the tunnels clean, shaved, and ready for battle after 3 months without sunlight?

You can find critiques of the work in her stores but not the book itself. Heather herself has, admittedly, never read the book. Being Jewish, she sites it as hate literature and doesn't want anyone to see it.
Heather's stance is that she is not Banning the book, she just doesn't carry it. It just so happens she doesn't have any competition. (other than college book stores and few straggling independants)
So my point is, if she is blocking this historical book, which other publications is she blocking? And what can we do, when the book stores filter the books we can see?

Out of curiosity, if someone were to buy Mein Kampf, where does the money go? Who publishes it? Or would it be in the public domain now?

Personally, I feel for this guy. Verizon has been the bane of my existence for the past three months. I can especially relate to being transferred multiple times only to have to retell my story each time from the beginning. They sold me home phone/wireless internet equipment and services they assured would work for my upcoming needs. After the move, I spent about three weeks daily with tech support and customer service only to find out it was completely incompatible with my set up. Adding insult to injury I was charged $350 for early termination of the two useless services PLUS they won't accept a trade in of the brand new wireless home phone unit base and 4G LTE wireless device after I was assured by phone several times that they would issue me a "gift card" for them. Bastards. =o(

I've sent two missives to the powers that be through the contact us link ... but ... I'm not confident that they even were received. OR, if responded to, the return email didn't come through to me [I haven't had ANY emails from Sift activity all day! That's unusual].

Ahhhh ... technology ... it's been the absolute bane of my existence ever since I've moved. Hope I wasn't the one that jinxed this glitch =oI

Ever since the Sift updated the servers 16 or so hours ago, I'm having big problems with the site working properly. For instance, only recently promoted videos are on the main page when I first enter the site.

I had to stumble around through email links to find one of my recent submissions only to discover that a comment that had been posted to it didn't generate a response in my email inbox. I've sent two missives to the powers that be through the contact us link ... but ... I'm not confident that they even were received. OR, if responded to, the return email didn't come through to me [I haven't had ANY emails from Sift activity all day! That's unusual].

Ahhhh ... technology ... it's been the absolute bane of my existence ever since I've moved. Hope I wasn't the one that jinxed this glitch =oI

I worked for about 8 hours to come up with a Bane type reply, for some reason when I saw it I thought it needed Bane saying something... That was the best I could come up with.
