To me, this is clearly pop music. It's just the feel of the song, the way the instruments are used, the vocals and the band itself (I've heard some of their other songs). The borders of rocknroll is a big grey area, so I will only remove a vid when I feel sure it's not rocknroll.

She's like, so whatever. What the hell was she thinking in going along on this vid? There are no winners in this video. No wonder the morning show on the local alt-rock station (102.1 the Edge) has her on their hate-list. That, and the spitting on people incident.

Having said all that, is she playing both girls in that vid? I'm no good at recognizing people in costumes.

Although I must admit that the girl-on-girl version of "Girlfriend" is amusing as a concept, and significantly less obnoxious, from the video POV.

people make a big deal about some tune he did that was just silence for 4mins. alt rock bands do that all the time, it's neither creative or not, but to make a big deal out of it is just the height of stupidity. as if it's like the emperor's new clothes or something, they're all mad!!

A few years ago Toronto alt-rock station 102.1 the Edge played some songs which I could swear must've been done by him, unless someone else does the same shtick. So cool - now I know who it is...! Thanks theo!
