I like my Prog Rock thematic, my Pink Floyd loud and my Roger Waters ANGRY AS FUCK.

You got me to do some prog rock listening. It's good to visit my musical roots every now and again.

I saw this just a few days ago. Decided not to post it here because prog rock is so hard to get sifted; I've submitted my share (including a lesser quality copy of "Supper's Ready" from this very show), and recognize a few of the usual suspects in the voted-for list. Regardless, this is a great quality copy of a rarely captured and unique performing group. Maybe I can help with a *promote.

I love King Crimson but out of all the prog rock bands my favorite was Henry Cow. They were an experimental prog band from the mid seventies, highly anti capitalist and took me a long time to get into. Like most awesome shit, My favorite prog song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=374qf7xCFkY , Beautiful as the Moon - Terrible as an Army with Banners . A couple of members were in Slapp Happy that Faust played in, in the early seventies. Fred Frith in the late seventies left Henry Cow and put out a really amazing experimental prog album called Gravity.

Old school prog rock bands are the best ever.
