"Nice Shoes"
The tattoo is just Starbucks tattoo from BSG
Watch image is from Metropolis, I think.
Origami is from Blade Runner, car too I think.
Quark was a bar tender on Star Trek : Deep Space 9
Also pretty sure the lab techs have Dharma Initiative patches from Lost
1:01 Tatoo on womans arm seems familiar, but can't place it. Also is the scanning the eyes with a handheld device from something in particular?
2:22 What is the image on the watch from?
2:42 What is the Oragami and toy car from? Also is Quark from something?
Nerdy Fantasies with Katee Sackhoff and George Takei
Five or ten years ago, it seemed like we were moving away from that direction. Sitcoms like Malcom in the Middle and Arrested Development didn't have laugh tracks, and they were much better for it (they also weren't produced like videotaped stage plays, which helped). But no, back to the bottom of the barrel for us.
>> ^rychan:
The scenario is somewhat amusing, but the writing and canned laughter is freaking terrible. And don't give me that live studio audience BS.

Seriously. I don't watch this show, but this clip made me realize I should
I didn't like the show at first, but it grew on me, definitely worth watching

Geek and Gamer Girls Video
Nice cameos by Stan Lee and Katee Sackhoff. Also, gotta love David Duchovny as Legolas!
Enjoyed the geek references, but I can see why some gamer girls are taking issue with their portrayal as bimbos.

^I never got that either. I didn't find the themes of the ending particularily surprising or out of place at all. Loves me some BSG - glad I finally went through the series.
"All Along the Watchtower" Live w/Katee Sackhoff (June 2009)
There was plenty of supernatural hints, but they kept it ambiguous enough that it made sense. The end betrays that completely. The constant involvement of prophecies, Baltar as Jesus was nicely tied up to be a massive hoax, and that would have made sense, instead it doesn't!
Raaaaaage! *smacks head on the table*

Makes me miss BSG- but then makes me remember the betrayal of the creators at the ending. Deus ex machina FTL.
(no, this nerd has not forgiven)
dag, if the ending was the first time you noticed there was a teensy bit of supernatural and the 'divine' involved in the story, you might as well have not been watching at all. This nerd is at a loss as to why all the numerous allusions about the constant involvement of a god or gods in human and cylon plights were OK for you and others (gwiz among them, prominently) until the time came for the story to end. Then it's deus ex machina all of a sudden.

Battlestar Galactica - The PHENOMENON
I really love Eddie James' performance, especially those times when he speaks to the group: the We're-Going-To-Earth speech and the Clap-Dammit speech. Really great stuff! My only criticism: Katee Sackhoff winks too much. But it's a very tiny thing, obviously.
Battlestar Galactica: Razor Trailer
Katee Sackhoff is very pretty, but I must point out that... in certain scenes... she does look a little bit like Macaulay Culkin.
But try not to think about that when you're feeling tingly, kronosposeidon.
Battlestar Galactica: Razor Trailer
I'll vote for any BSG-related video, provided it's related to the new Battlestar Galactica. Favorite character? Starbuck, of course! Tough as nails and yet vulnerable too. Plus Katee Sackhoff makes me feel tingly down below. I think I feel an Herbal Elements moment coming on.
