What Barry Says: Animation to the Polemic

my15minutes says...

^ thx! and, regarding the label?
in this case, they'd also have to slap that label, on none other than WW2's General Of Everything, and the last Republican president i liked, Dwight David Eisenhower.

so, in this case, it'd be a label i'll happily wear. "Hello. My name is Fuckyou Warpigs."

ps.
Ike also boinked his secretary, while president, everyone!
i didn't give a shit about it in his, or Clinton's, case.
not really pertinent, i know. but i so rarely get a reason to discuss Eisenhower.
and i like to use the word 'boink'.

I'm not arguing his deposition that this could be a conspiracy, and I didn't purposefully abstain from voting on this post because of it. It wasn't the conspiracy of the professors speech that I found stupid, I found the idea of him saying that the only way our country could be attacked is if our government was in on it asinine. I think our security is pretty shitty here and that this was bound to happen, just because terrorists got through our "wall" *cough* of security I don't think justifies his argument that we were in on it. Granted we let this happen, turning another cheek,I don't think it goes as far as he says though.

Anyways, delayed response heh.

In reply to your comment:
hey, why do you think someone would get so upset, when the symptoms of the worlds ills are made spectacle, and not the causes....this is why we have the denial surrounding 9/11 on both sides-the fishy aspects of it, take no degrees or science to sense, that the spin is absurd, reeking of some crap the MIC could pile high-and the "smart" people want to talk only about the absurdity of taking down two huge buildings in the center of New York City, and can't imagine the inhumanity of it being a coop-style project-(which it obviously fucking was)....fomenting more denial and diversion.....alll they need is for the sheep to feed and sleep when told, and a few more years of cranking out idiots form the growing population of severely uneducated locals and aliens, and very soon, like John Belushi said on weekend update years ago....
"One day, you'll wake up, and the street signs will be written in Mongolian!"

There are groups of influential and powerful at war with one another-and folks like the people in the Towers, like you and me, are caught in the middle.....

Really....if the stream of blah blah that comes from this post, involves mostly asenine rants about how stupid conspiracies are, or how absurd it is to imagine it being possible, it's exactly the gauge you may use to see how effective the lie is......

Eisenhower warns of the military industrial complex

joedirt says...

Wow.. I can't believe THIS is already on here. This should be required viewing for all Americans. Like Teddy's regrets about the Federal Reserve, Ike really worried about leaving the country to war profiteers and oil tycoons.

McDonald's now advertises on the Iron Chef!?!

joedirt says...

Yeah, some McD apologist on here tried to say, uh maybe they accidentally hit the commercial queue button early and it was a glitch.

No, sorry, you don't just get random accidental graphics on network TV broadcasts. Period. Or else there would be a lot more 'accidental' pornographic images, or maybe the occasional 'Vote for Ike', maybe a 'Get the F- out of Iraq'...

This is total crap. Food Network got caught and busted. I still have a theory that this was a Tivo ad-insertion. And it went wrong. Everyone on the internets who mentions this Iron Chef thing is showing it from their Tivo..

I love the assertion that it is "only a red flash" therefore it is ok. They miss the whole point of subliminal.

Eisenhower for President!

Rosie O'Donnell calls for Pres. Bush's impeachment

Just gonna start down-voting anything will Grosey Ol' Mac Donald on principle....she's a vapid, bitter, blowhard she-thing, embarrasment to all media she fouls.

"I like Ike"

Obama Announces!!! (for real, this time)

choggie says...

Hey, man, doing something is a lifestyle, the words we chose to justify our action or inaction, is a justification mindfuck....putting up pictures on posters is all well and commendable, but when the shit hits the fan, when all this inaction in the form of putting up with the kings' decrees becomes unsustainable mentally, then comes revolution...

So why keep this model if it will net the United States a third world country staus in my kid's lifetimes, if the process for critical thinking is stifled and denied untill there are only robot-putties left, what the fuck good does free health care, better min-wage, and stem-cell research get us?
Ike was right, Chomsky's right, and if you think stopping the head by changing its prothetics will do you any good, your faith is admirable, but wasted.

School kids in the 1940's in America, could name continents, capitals, presidents and writers....
Education is key, but before that, process-

So if you think you do more by selling a candidate, or lambasting the devout, you are in an idyllic world of your own design. And by the by, what do you think a true American is??? A devout, pollitcally active, bitter Atheist???? Seriously, not trying to be an an asshole here, but, then again, guess that's what it is.
