*beg, yeah, that guy's voice was somewhat off, if it wasn't trying to be Geddy Lee, it would have been better. Like, if it was just someone completely different altogether.

If you're a bassist, there are not many folks more inspirational than Geddy Lee!

Gotta ask: have you ever seen Gov't Mule's "Rising Low" DVD? After their bassist, Allen Woody, died, Warren Haynes (my hero started a tribute project, during which he gathered some of the best bass players in the world together to play Allen Woody's Gov't Mule parts, as well as their own signature pieces, live and on a tribute album. hehe.. yeah that post of yours inspired me to post this as well... Geddy Lee was one of my inspirations while learning to play bass

They weren't washing machines, they were coin-operated Maytag dryers. Whenever they stopped, a roadie would go out and put quarters in them to get them going again. At the end of every show, the band would take the concert T-shirts out of the dryers and toss them into the crowd.

Geddy Lee jokingly claimed that they were there to add a "warm, dry tone" to his bass (and they are miked up as if they're amplifiers), but I think they were there just to visually balance out Alex Lifeson's Wall-Of-Amps on the other side of the stage.

Prodigious vocal talent!

Not annoying enough, though. Mr. Miller could easily have doubled his annoyingness quotient (AQ) by simply adding Rush's Geddy Lee.

And for kicks, he should add Milli Vanilli or Ashlee Simpson in there somewhere, too.
