Good talk. I wish I could handle 2 degrees because Microbiology/molecular biology is fascinating. The future of that field is something I would love to participate in.

It's not the case. It looks like it's actually the minus ("-") symbol which is directing the search engine to only find results which do not have the word "total" in them.

Is advanced search fucked up by capitalisation? would it help if it stored only uncapsed to search from (or retrieved as that when searching) and masked a string to lowercase when comparing?
