Indeed. If you have to access sites that need IE (some still do, and M$ is especially fond of it) then you can have firefox switch to the IE rendering engine for the page your on, or the link your about to open in another tab, with a single click or right click as it may be (once you have the extension installed at least. i can find it if you'd like).

You can also get an add-on for Firefox that will save the contents of textareas, so a browser crash isn't the end of the world.

thanks guys. I do use firefox most times but of course my pute has a tendency to pull up IE if I dont' specifically click on FF first. So sometimes I'm using IE and I don't realize it. That tab looks like a good idead.
