Style the Sift
Using FireFox and the Addon Stylish or GreaseMonkey gives you the possibility of replacing a site's CSS with your custom StyleSheet. In short, you can restyle any given site to a certain degree. I played around with it a little bit, creating a custom style based on my charter css. Here's the result:

Wow - very nice! Farhad would be happy - because all the white in VideoSift irks him. (he can't find the contrast setting in his monitor

Actually I got a CSS modification to make everything look black. Dag is just jealous he doesn't have a 24 inch monitor that has the ungodly contrast ratio of 10,000 to 1.

Yes, you can use Stylish to hide any number of the top tabs.

Very nice, but I don't have that much chest hair - Ass hair, well that's another matter. And I do in fact have a 24" monitor - and it's lovely.
