It´s a lame word joke about her boobs and she obviously doesn´t see the humor when he tries to touch them.

I am guessing BigFM is a radio show and they did a TV bit for the Bundesvision Contest where Singers from different states compete to be chosen for the Eurovision event. I am also guessing he will be doing radio only from now on...
