The invites were sent out today, and most of my mates either bought the game already or don't care about it in the first place. So I'm left sitting on 1-2 Alpha invites.

Even in its current state, Arma 3 is infinitely better than the release version of Arma 2. Runs much more smoothly as well, at least the singleplayer part of it.

Alpha Lite gives you access to the singleplayer showcases as well as restricted access to the editor. Multiplayer is off limits for the time being, but since BattleEye isn't implemented yet anyway, MP sucks donkey balls right now, completely unplayable.
