SDGundamXwtf is everybody so mad about? Jeez, I've seen 100x more rude, insulting, and condescending comments on the Sift than anything Bob said.
He's clearly not serious, just gently teasing her. It's all an act to drag the game out longer and get the audience amped up hoping she'll beat his low expectations (which, given her performance, were not exactly uncalled for).

It was her telling the poor dog she had a treat for him only to keep moving away as he is still freaking out about the things strapped to his feet just to get a video. He will get used to them but still, damn give him something. Don't just keep teasing him that's just cruel.
To be fair I think skinnydaddy1 is referring to the way she asks the dog to come to her for a treat and then doesn't give the treat to the dog. I think he's overreacting, calling her a mean bitch is probably a bit much. But it's a pretty daft thing to do if you want the dog to keep trusting you and working for treats.
