Stan Lee Media is a silly company. They tried to sue Stan Lee himself (this probably a good example of why to never name a company after yourself).

As I understand it, they lost their chance to make a claim when they didn't go after Stan Lee and POW Entertainment early enough and before it was all brought into the Marvel fold, and then into the Disney fold. Their claim is that Stan Lee signed rights over to Stan Lee Media and then illegally transferred the rights to POW Entertainment (now part of Marvel, and therefor part of Disney).

The courts have on several occasions ruled that the transfer in the end was valid... I get a bit confused on that part, as it seems it is mostly a statue of limitations thing. They didn't fight it in time, so they lost the rights. It's why various companies have to fight to protect their copyright/trademarks and the like so often, otherwise you risk ownership. I'd think the company will continue to lose battles since they have been ruled against so many times. Where does the money come from to keep doing these lawsuits?

German Channel ProSieben - Galileo featured Miroslaw Magola who promotes Telekinesis. Real Magneto, X- Men, Miroslaw Magola's telekinesis is achieved by projecting a portion of his consciousness in the object that he want to move.

Theoretical physicist Michio Kaku : THE FUTURE OF THE MIND: The scientific quest to understand, enhance, and empower the mind.” And his quest to promote: “Telepathy. Telekinesis. Mind reading. Photographing a dream. Uploading memories. Mentally controlled robots.”

Kaku claims all of “these feats” have already been achieved. “These feats, once considered science fiction, have now been achieved in the laboratory, as documented in THE FUTURE OF THE MIND,” Kaku’s website declares.

Kaku notes that his “book goes even further, analyzing when one day we might have a complete map of the brain, or a back up Brain 2.0, which may allow scientists to send consciousness throughout the universe.” Miroslaw Magola alias "Magnetic Man," ( Magnet Mann ) known form Stan Lee's Superhumans - MInd Force who allegedly exhibits telekinetic powers aired on History and Discovery Channel born in Poland and now living in Germany. He claims he can lift objects off the floor, transport them through the air and force them to stick to his body - all using the power of his mind .

He was investigated by Prof. Dr. Dr. Ruhenstroth-Bauer and Dr. Friedbert Karger of the Max Planck Institute and Dr. David Lewis (psychologist), a neurophysiologist at MindLab, one of the United Kingdom's leading neuro-research centers and Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, professor of Physics at St. Petersburg State Technical University in Russia and Alexander Imich from USA. Horrifying. One of the weakest A-list Marvel characters ever conceptualized, even though he was one of Stan-The-Man's favorites....upvote for Johansson and Jackson, the only draw to get the 30-60 crowds asses in seats besides a van-load of snot-nosed brats.

I couldn't answer whether cattle rustling is still big business, but your question reminded me of this Stan Rogers song:

I did this throughout my whole childhood. Started in the late 70s, before we had the metal chutes, so the adults would have to rope them and wrestle them down like old-school cowboys. I had to watch this just to see if anythings changed. Looked like he had an electric iron, which is new to me (we still used fire last time I did it), and the one, most gruesome thing the video didn't cover was what you did when you got a male calf.
Interesting though. How antiquated of a practice is this anyhow? It was originally used to identify your cattle so no one stole them, but does that still happen??

That poor cop. Caught between a young kid that won't give him a word in edgewise and a old fuck that uses Scientology tactics of intimidation. Kudos to Officer Stan for responsibly handling the situation, although I would have liked him to have pressed the PR guy on showing him documentation that they needed a one million dollar insurance bond in order to film. At least the kids had done their homework and had documentation stating that they could indeed film at a TSA checkpoint.

Fairchild, love the name, Thunderbolts are subsonic.
A friend's daughter is in the Stan on her third tour flying a Hog.

I think he means the rounds are supersonic which is why you hear them impacting before you hear them being fired. But most ammunition these days is supersonic (bar some pistol rounds like the .45) so it's not that special really, its just that the rounds impacting are usually closer to the camera than the A10s which adds to the effect. That A10 *burp* is damn awesome though.
