No ruling or law changed that, a note from Thomas is what you are referencing, not a decision or ruling….that doesn’t change the law or precedent.
This is one partial compromised unqualified judges ruling, and like her others will be reversed as soon as the 11th convenes, possibly without the need for a hearing it’s so obviously completely unsupportable by any case law…probably why she didn’t cite any.
The case will continue with Smith, and is continuing under appeal.
