as long as i'm not later portrayed by Ralph Macchio, i'm good yeah...

(for all the cheese in that movie, it's still got 2 or 3 incredibly memorable moments that had a hand in my try at guitar playing as a youth)

It's not like I see rap battles between two black dudes skyrocketing to the top 15. It's like when everybody was sayin' "Ralph Macchio ('s character) was the SHIT in Crossroads!"

Ralph Macchio was always musically inclined, so that helps. A lot. He's a really good singer, as well. I remember seeing him in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying as the lead role and he was amazing!

Ralph Macchio did a six month intensive guitar study course and did all of his own guitar work in this movie.

i really hope the soundtrack isn't a bunch of generic hip-hop. it seems to be a trend in movies that have any kind of fighting. should be better than the first one though, Ralph Macchio's character Daniel Larusso just cried all the time.
