For anyone playing along at home, I would use plastic instead of a metal implement. The "toothpick" from your swiss army knife is usually pretty flat and great for loosening/scooping crud from the charging port. The plastic is better to avoid scratching all of that metal, not to mention no risk of short circuiting the charging contacts!?

Yeah, those phones were pretty gross. I'm still rocking an iPhone 8 and I only had to clean out some packed pocket lint once. Of course, I don't wear makeup.

I was reluctant to believe this was possible because only idiots would let kids keep their mobile phones while they are driving a tank, but apparently some russian units are so badly equipped or their comm equipment is so bad that they use phones for communication. Apparently the shutdown of Cyber Ninjas was a long term plan by CEO Doug Logan, known because he texted his plan to Republican president of the Senate in Arizona Karen Fann, as his way to escape 1) the toxic reputation his fiasco of a company has earned 2) the court order to turn over all records (he’s now claiming he doesn’t understand what “all records related to the 2020 election audit” means) 3) the millions in fines and debts he’s racked up 4)personal bankruptcy and now 5) death threats from Trumpists irate he didn’t say Trump won.
He’s dumb enough to think he can close shop, never comply with the courts, then just reopen under a new name, quietly rehire the same people, and move to another county/state to try this scheme again….and dumb enough to text all of that plan to a government phone, making it public record.
