I am fascinated and quite proud of humanity for this feat. It is no small accomplishment and the NASA engineers should be congratulated on their planning and execution of a near flawless automated landing.

However all that being said this video is not very exciting nor captivating, the majority of it is simply a brownish blur of an image.

An overlay of what is taking place and maybe even some highlights would help this video have more general impact.

#1 is the original source used for the spoof video.

#2 was dead at the time, so they just assumed, based on the thumbnail or not seeing the other video.

#2 was a spoofed ad with the Silk logo, sapia coloring, timeshift, different music, and some text.
#1 is the original source used for the spoof video.

#2 was dead at the time, so they just assumed, based on the thumbnail or not seeing the other video.

Odyssey 2 is still the pinnacle of technical achievement to date. Often when I play Battlefield-3 I think how ridiculous it is to constantly paint these city scenes when I could simply tape a transparent overlay over my monitor.

they had to cgi the source video to remove backgrounds i think! lies! also im watching it on a computer so i am a lie


there should be some interesting work to be done, if you can port your textures from the computer to an object and change your make-up/sets cheaply... remember the blank room overlayed with projectors to change its decor
