Looking forward to it. But the live-action Ahsoka is so low-energy (so far in appearances in other shows) compared to her younger, animated SW: The Clone Wars character. More mature and less rough-around-the-edges perhaps, but far less fun.

People were heaping mad praises for Andor, I found it just OK. Way too much talk that's not intriguing IMO. Overall just slightly better than TBoBF & Obi-Wan.... Even Mando was dragging a bit in its last season. I hope Ahsoka will be more like the animated Clone Wars in feel, script & pace than those live-action shows.

More to the point - while I agree that the video didn't go there, the discussion in the comments did. The impact of religious ideas on every aspect of society is very real. Luck may seem like an obvious concept, but someone discounted it in favor of their belief that god has a plan for all things in the thread. Obi-wan was a cool guy, but his universe had some very different rules from ours.

There is no winning your opponent to your side when your opponent doesn't even believe their own argument. Bob applauds what he angrily railed against just 2.1 years ago and denounces the exact same tactics he defended. His arguments aren't rational or capable of contradiction, they're feelings he won't defend against facts except with occasional whataboutism....feelings he hopes will make you distrustful of all right wingers, I think that's why he's comes here, he thinks he has an audience of lefties that will believe the right is as silly and deluded as he claims, and some are, but the purpose certainly seems to be sewing division, not comprehension, certainly not unity.

Yeah, the comics are pretty good. Some of the Darth Vader stories have been really excellent.

There's a constant rumour of an Obi-wan movie with Ewan McGregor. That could work, but I'd like to see it as a smaller story.

There's an excellent comic that features Obi-wan on Tatooine, and it has this great line:

Elaborate moves and flips do not make a good fight.

Tons of Subtleties in this, Specifically that the move Maul uses to try to end the duel is the same one he used to kill Qui-gon, years earlier.

Obi-wan also uses the same form he became famous for, but in the end decides he needs to change forms (From the one we see in the prequels, to what he uses later, while fighting vader. And adapting the same pose Qui-gon had decades earlier).

Absolutely terrifying stuff. I would do everything I could possibly imagine to flag down those vehicles in that oncoming lane. To see all that black smoke come up after those semi's entered was just terrible, because you knew just what that meant--I worked for UPS and those things are NOTHING but fire fuel (they are practically mini-bombs once they catch on fire at a good enough temperature...).

It would make a good driver-ed video, UPS driver video, state leaders, and even our country's leaders. So we can Improve our systems, education, infrastructure, first response, and our view of the issue.
