bought this album a few years ago when it was first released. Ben Folds produced it. Lots of other guest musicians on it as well.

Insightful. The musicians walking us through his style provided some perspective that I just wouldn't have thought about otherwise. Loved the "sloppy falling down the stairs" metaphor.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was set up by the run organiser. I was in a fun run that had different musicians set up at different parts of the course just to make it more interesting for the runners.
