VLDL: When stupid NPC’s have bad AI

noims says...

My favourite thing about this was the nicely done exploding sheep. It brought back fond memories of this...

I wonder whatever happened to the guy with the chainsaw. He couldn't have gone far.

Off Duty Pilot Attempts To Crash Alaskan Airlines Plane

BSR says...

It's like something you'd see in a movie

The news said he took mushrooms days before the incident, trying to tie them together….nonsense. Mushroom trips last hours, not days.

They said he stood up and tried to pull the fire handles, which would have automatically shut down the engines, wrestled with the pilots until he was removed from the cockpit forcefully, then tried to open the emergency exit door and had to be restrained.
I have yet to hear his explanation, but in my estimation he tried twice to bring the plane down. He’s charged with over 180 attempted murder charges!

Ah! One of the best movies I've ever spent money on! Then again, any movie with Sean Connery in it is a winner for me. I think it's his accent?

I’m pretty sure that’s why they called it a “caterpillar drive” in Red October.

Impossible Magic Tricks (no CGi)

Jason Voorhees preparing for Friday, the 13th.

newtboy says...

It was the first rated R movie I ever saw alone, maybe the first real horror movie too….I was staying with family friends in Mexico and they rented it for me when I was 10.
Good times!

I liked it better than Halloween, but Nightmare beat them both for murderous insanity.

I finally watched it last night. It wasn't good as Halloween, Nightmare on Elm St., etc.

I haven't seen any of his movies.

No. Not believable.

I distinctly saw him jogging, but I've watched pretty much all his movies and the lazy fecker never moves at more than a fast walk, at best.

It's my wife's & my mother-in-law's favorite. Told me they must've seen it a dozen times between them.

I can count on 1 hand how many times I've been to a movie in my youth, even though it's only a 3 minutes' walk from my family's condo back in my childhood years. It's just not a thing for my parents.... only once a year to the amusement park. But we're free to roam anywhere on our own.

That's sweet.

And I don't blame her. It's such a classic. Though, I only watched it for the first time a few years ago.

Kinda wished I'd seen it as a kid. Which is why I've had my kids watch it. I've never seen The King and I, but I'm thinking about putting that on for myself and my kids.
