He just managed something else Trump couldn't manage his entire presidency, he finally released the rest of the funds ($50 billion + $8.2 billion more for badly needed Community Development Block Grant Mitigation to prepare for more disasters) congress set aside to help Puerto Rico rebuild in 2017....without the ridiculous requirements like throwing out any anti Trump politicians first, incremental grant obligations, a federal financial monitor to supervise the aid, and additional oversight from the island’s federally-imposed financial oversight board that no other disaster aid recipients had imposed.
