Joan Rivers is so awesome

Actually, I think Jim did a fantastic job. The woman really fell apart after his example of the Joan Rivers set which was brutal. She really missed the point and deflected trying to make it something that it wasn't. His point that most reasonable people don't change their opinions based on a comedy set (just as much as in watching a play or a movie) is something she just didn't get.

Indeed, and what speechless said. The problem with Joan Rivers is that her routine is as dated as the expiration year on her appeal. She's a creature whose new routine consists of a lot of hoarse rambling with no periods and odds-taking on how hideous she will be the next time she goes under a knife. Like Bill Burr said, she perpetually looks like she lost a fight 3 days ago....

No tact in picking-on Adelle. She's incredibly talented with such a winning personality and loves her fans...If yer gonna make jokes about fat pick a fat douchebag not a frikkin',girl-next-door pop icon in her hey-day!

Rivers' prob'ly a bitter cunt off camera...She's always come off as insincere and phony.

Recommenting after watching the full episode. Once again Joan proves herself to be the funniest female comedian currently working. She's balls out funny the entire time, so much so that Jeremy Clarkson even tells Graham to move on from his stupid BS Top Gear dvd sales and let Joan talk more. She's fucking hilarious and steals the episode. So glad Louie put her back on my radar.

The Funniest Human Being...who has ever tried to systematically destroy their face ever. I love Joan Rivers, she's goddamn hilarious. For the love of god get a good surgeon to fucking FIX YOU!

OH and Glee sucks! Burned every fucking story by season 2, no idea how to build characters, no idea what long term payoff is. One of the worst written shows fucking EVER.

Fun story.

My kitchen manager at work is 35 years old. (I'm 23). On the day of his 35th birthday he goes "Shit, i'm like, halfway to 40"

I replied, "No Shawn, i'm halfway to 40. You're halfway to 70."
