YogiI'm hoping they have a grand plan in mind to wrap the story up. So they'll be coming out with ORANGE BOX 2! In it will be Half-Life 3 and Portal 3, which will be two separate games that some how tie together with eachother because they're in the same universe. Also you'd get the other awesome games that use the new Source 2 engine. Orange Box 2, Source 2, HL and Portal 3. Lot's of great math going on from a company that can actually DO sequels!
Amen, brother. Honestly, if Valve isn't bothered making another game and the squillions of dollars it would generate, that's cool, but at least release a book or a movie or some goddamned thing to give the story closure!

Half-Life is my favorite series of games, even surpassed Metal Gear Solid in the past few years based on Portal and it's addition to the universe. Valve is amazing, please Valve do more amazing things and make Half-Life 3 PLEASE, you're honestly killing me here.

YogiI like both. I absolutely LOVE Half Life and everything to do with that universe, I'll play it forever I don't even care if they release Half Life 3 (but seriously motherfuckers release the damn game!). That being said, I love Halo too, it's a great series. I don't mind that I have to play it with a joystick, it's just another challenge. I don't play PC games because I like to point and click more than joystick it, I play whatever games are good.
They pretty much always play coy when it comes to announcing whether or not there will be a PC version of major AAA title like GTA. It's all about seeing how many people they can sucker into buying a new system just to play that one game. Honestly I don't really care what you play your games on, Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo, PC, an abacus, I really don't give a fuck. I think people are just tired of being jerked around by manipulative assholes and being treated like chumps, that's where a lot of the anger comes from.
There are also certain games I don't find fun on a console, like FPS games, you can make the worlds most awesome FPS ever and if it can only be played with a control pad then I will not touch it, ever.

No gloves for IV injection in Germany eh? Pertechnetate isn't specific for the thyroid, it also goes to kidneys, bladder, parathyroids, salivary glands. Presumably this test was for a thyroid nodule? In the US we would go for an iodine study because it's more specific.
