I know Trump has gone on tv and made claims that he disputed the evidence , but the facts are he did not dispute it in court under oath, only on camera where he can lie freely.

There was a bench trial not a jury trial because Trump did not request a jury until after the penalty phase of trial had started, well beyond the legal deadline. That seems to be Trumps plan…attempt anything to later make the argument at appeal that the judge was biased and didn’t give Trump a fair trial…but the record proves otherwise and appeals courts read the record. That ploy won’t work…Trump’s lawyers are awful. It’s never a good strategy to try to lose as big as possible in court.

Now, keep in mind, this is just New York, where he’s already been found guilty and they’re just determining the punishment….other states he’s done fraudulent business in are undoubtedly watching closely to see if they should file next.

Today illegal gerrymandering in Alabama Florida and Georgia has been ruled racist gerrymandering in courts, and clear legal challenges to blatantly gerrymandered congressional districts also are ongoing in Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Utah. And new districts seem likely in New York and North Carolina, based on previous court actions. MAGA can only win if they cheat in multiple ways…and even then you’re usually losers.
