Definitely one to mark down:

Krugman (who unlike Schiff is a Nobel prize winning economist) also predicted the problem we're having now, and says if we don't do something even bigger than an $800bn stimulus, we're in for a deflationary problem, just like the Great Depression.

Clearly, someone will be proven right, even if disaster ensues.

Flim-flam artists like Schiff should know better, if the problem now is because Greenspan made the interest rate too low in 2002 then the real problem is that our current 0% interest rate will cause a new asset bubble that will collapse, so he should allow for a much longer period of time for it to gestate, like say Obama's second term, 2014 or so.

But that wouldn't get him on the TeeVee machine to throw bricks at Democrats as often.

Somehow I doubt the "i53 broadcasting corporation" got the rights to use the most enjoyable part of this video... which is Aphex Twin's track "Flim".

But yeah, I'm throwing this into the catagory of "I don't understand how science works, and therefore I'm using that as proof god exists."

Ive trained for some time, and I can say that the two schools that I mentioned with (combat) is that there are schools that teach watered down pussyfooting versions of them.

So what it has to do with combat is the same thing as this video. There are schools that teach flim flam and schools that teach quality stuff.

I dislike this MMA fad that has sprung up in the united states, because it harbors rules and set situations.

Sure you can take some one to the ground and choke them out, but can you still deal with his friends that are coming to his aid?

the reason why this was such a hit in Japan was because most Japanese public schools are run like private/catholic schools in America. Lotta pent up frustration of teachers trying to keep their kids 'uniform' while making them dress in one as well.

So a fantastical world where people losing it and going on a killing frenzy may have delighted its viewers. Of course, in America, the only thing we can relate to something like this is Columbine.
