V/H/S, The Last Broadcast, The Blair Witch Project (not the sequel dear GOD), It Follows (soon to have a sequel "Follow It"), The Babadook, and anything spawned from Koji Suzuki's Ring Trilogy -- I bet you didn't know there were THAT many Ring movies, did you? 3 American films (one is a short film), 7 Japanese films, 1 Korean film, 2 Japanese television series, and 1 more American film on the way, executive produced by Guillermo del Toro.

Is this a real trailer or some student film/short/fake trailer? What does it say about 'Hollywood' that I honestly can't tell?

Always a bit suspicious when people claim their, often impressive, film short was made on a tiny budget. If you factor in the time of everyone involved then it really costs a hell of a lot more.

While looking at clips from "El Mariachi", I stumbled across this film short.

Gumby first appeared in the 1953 film short Gumbasia (believed to be one of the first music videos). In 1956, Gumby and his horse friend Pokey appeared on The Howdy Doody Show. It was so popular that it became its own show in 1957, called The Gumby Show. The show contained the 1956 shorts along with new ones. Each episode consisted of 3 cartoons. In the 1960s Goo the blue mermaid, Prickle the yellow dinosaur, and Nopey the dog were introduced. Later came the Blockheads, who sometimes chased after Gumby, Pokey, Prickle, and Goo with some scheme in their block heads. Gumbo and Gumba were Gumby's Father and Mother

We have been thinking about some new channels, my suggestions were

animation (which would include cartoons)
art
shorts (like film shorts, art could maybe be part of this)
nature
documentaries (nature could probably fall under this one)

at any rate as you can see it would be pretty easy for us to add a ton of them. So we are trying to go slowly and come up with a good list of solid possible new ones. We will probably put it to the community in a week or so. We want to give everyone a chance to get used to the channels before we add a lot more.

He has directed three Apex Twin videos: "Come to Daddy", (1997) "Windowlicker" (1999) and "Monkey Drummer" (2001) in addition to the film short. "Rubber Johnny" means a "condom" in the UK - although that was not the focus of this project. See the links below.
