Reid did do that, but everyone who reported it (hell, even Reid himself) pointed out that he had no proof to back up his claim. This might be a good example of what Cenk is talking about. Reid took ferocious attacks from the cable media and in particular Fox News.

Romney, not really. The worst it's been (as far as I can tell) is some people on MSNBC pointing out that he's lying, and showing how the facts show he's lying.
