It’s definitely not legal under current law, and since it’s easily climbed over or cut through in minutes or less, why would we waste more money on such an expensive (5 times the average per mile) and useless fence?

My take? Georgia state legislatures need to fund the courts and jails better, because jail isn’t supposed to be for long term inmates, definitely not long enough to set up sophisticated drone drops through windows they take weeks to melt holes in.
