Total win for the Hayes family and artists in general. For 4 years after receiving a cease and desist from the rights owner, Hayes’ son, Trump continued to use the music constantly without payment. He is now under court order to stop using Hayes music immediately, and expect many other artists to sue as well since legal notices are routinely ignored.
In this one case there are millions in damages, and there are dozens and dozens of artists in the same boat who told him to stop misusing their copywritten art and he rudely refused.
This may cost him hundreds of millions he doesn’t have and tie him up in court for years.

Oh no! The Treasonies are cancelled because
1) safety and security concerns (oh the delicious irony)
2) the backlash for a presidential candidate holding a fundraiser for people CONVICTED of sedition and attacking the government…a backlash that, in their insanity, came as a surprise
And
3) a scheduling conflict because the felon has another court case to address in chambers with the judge and Jack Smith tomorrow about the new superseding indictments. 😂

Zelensky Celebrates Signing Security Agreement With The US

Now just days later 3 Russian states are under Ukrainian control with almost zero resistance, and incursions are continuing to gain ground inside Russia. The motherland is unprotected.

Reports are Russia has depleted even their mothballed armor supplies with little left in the tank yards besides empty rusting shells of tanks.
Entire columns of full troop transports have been destroyed attempting to reinforce Russian defense positions.
F-16 sorties are unchallenged.
International support is increasing drastically, as is support for attacks inside Russia. There is little chance Russia wants to escalate it to a nuclear conflict, especially now that it’s on Russian soil.

Stormy Daniels Identifies Trump

THANKS AGAIN FOR BRINGING MORE TRAFFIC TO THE VIDEO OF TRUMP’S DEFORMED TINY PENIS…AGAIN!

Didn’t watch this stupid little propaganda video because we all know Trump never threatened the Taliban so it’s clearly a lie, he kneeled down to them like a sniveling coward and released their entire army from prison then agreed to just leave Afghanistan in a matter of months with absolutely zero conditions (just don’t shoot us on the way out…and they still did) but made absolutely zero actions to facilitate that withdrawal, leading to the disaster in 21 that he set up and a resurgence of the Taliban that had been all but crushed, and the end of democracy in Afghanistan, because he handed over the country over to the Taliban as a whole.

Did you know that for 18 months American soldiers sat back and watched the Taliban destroy the coalition government and its military, murder our allies and interpreters, and watched as they took the entire country back because we did absolutely nothing, ran away from conflicts, stood and watched our allies be murdered in the streets, and first we actually released the Taliban from prison where they were no threat.

What utter nonsense sold to morons with no memory. Those of us who can recall what was happening 3-4 years ago know better.

Just like Trump and Afghanistan, Ted Cruz and Greg Abbot have abandoned Texas, again, after it was hit by a hurricane. The Biden administration has spent days trying to get Abbot to officially request federal assistance which he must do for Texas to receive it, but he’s MIA so Texans can just suffer more while he vacations in Asia. Certainly they don’t expect him to cut a vacation short for his constituents health and safety, would you?

Corrupt maga judge Alito perjured himself to congress when he swore the insurrection flag he flew at home in January 2021 was in response to an argument with a neighbor (but the neighbor proved with her police report of the argument that the argument was a month AFTER photographs prove they started flying the insurrection supporting flag, proving with documentation he lied).
On top of that, he took $4 million in bribes…”gifts”… from people with cases before him that he did not refuse from….just like the insurrection case where he has a blatant conflict of interest in.
Maga has invalidated the Supreme Court with corruption to its core, and in next term they will be removed for their corrupt and criminal acts and replaced. The 3 progressive justices have nothing close to that corruption or refusal to adhere to the law and precedent in their record, non have taken millions in gifts from billionaires with cases before them, none failed to report millions in gifts for decades, none have unaccounted for millions in assets gained after being sworn in. All conservative “justices” do, every single one.

Bonus- there’s essentially a warrant out for “special enforcement” of convicted felon Trump in the UK for failing to pay a $300k judgement against him by Christopher Steele! Not to worry, his convictions mean he can never go there again.

Why Do We Sign Up To Marriage Forever

newtboy says...

I bought my home and car outright.

Maybe that’s why my marriage has lasted 26 years so far. I don’t jump into permanent situations pretending they’re temporary or that I can walk away and make them someone else’s problem eventually.
I also never assumed there would be no issues and our marriage (or home or car) would be conflict free perfection.

Aaaaawwww….look…another failed prediction.

Poor criminal fraud, charity thief, and rapist Don is derailing because he failed to remove DA Willis and couldn’t derail, move, or even delay the case.
No impropriety, no conflict of interest, no inappropriate enrichment, therefore no disqualification and no removal.
😂
10 days until the next criminal trial…10 days until $467 million (and rising) due to NY or seizure begins. Bad times for Don.
The campaign is struggling after Don accidentally admitted he will cut social security and Medicare/medicaid (and raise the retirement age) if elected.

Hilarious, the new RNC co-chair said on live tv twice that everyone is better off today than 4 years ago…making the case for a second Biden term clearly.

Bonus - Child rapist Gaetz has been subpoenaed by his 17 year old sex trafficked “girlfriend” in a defamation case. 😂

$2.3 billion in aid from Denmark including F-16s for Ukraine who has routed Russia in the last week. Sorry comrade.

There are no Republicans left. MAGA RINOs ate the party, no true Republican would still call themselves one.
My mother voted 100% Republican her entire lifetime, but started being disillusioned by Bush jr (she campaigned for Sr) and more so by Palin. She, like many others, says she didn’t leave the party, it left her.

I agree Russia is going to lose here…already has by many measures. I just hope American soldiers don’t end up doing the fighting or things will get out of control FAST. We are not well known for our restraint or de escalation and don’t want to be in direct conflict with a nuclear power. Fighting them by proxy is the pest possible fight for us, we should be pouring ammo into Ukraine as fast as they can shoot it or we will end up spending way more. Ukraine is the first step in Putin’s Soviet restoration plans, not the last.

Trump Supporter CHANGES MIND on Biden in 60sec

newtboy says...

As usual, you have it all 100% backwards. Not surprising since you are a Russian propagandist.
Russia secretly invaded Ukraine in 2014 as pure expansionism, when they finally admitted the invasion their excuse was Russians in Crimea were being poorly treated and a fear extremists would take over Russian military bases, having absolutely nothing to do with NATO.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Annexation_of_Crimea_by_the_Russian_Federation#:~:text=Russia%20eventually%20admitted%20its%20troops,Russian%20military%
20infrastructure%20by%20extremists%22.

NATO is now “creeping into buffer countries” because Russia started and continues an expansionist policy and threatens its neighbors. Russian expansionism started first. There have been 3 rounds of NATO expansion since Russia started retaking now sovereign lost satellite territories in 2014.
There was never an agreement that NATO wouldn’t accept new members, just as there’s nothing stopping Russia from making allies.
Ukraine was going to be an EU country until Russia’s installed “president” ignored the people and chose Russia over Ukraine and was deposed and expelled so Ukrainians could democratically choose their own leadership which they did. Then Russia invaded.
There was absolutely no chance of them joining NATO until after the invasion, now it’s a near certainty.

Democracy in Europe IS our business. We will be fighting this war at some time, either now while Russia is weak and poor through a proxy or later when we are in a much weaker position fighting them with American soldiers directly…much better to choose now for less money and zero Americans, I know you would prefer to just let Putin re-annex the Balkan states and expand as far as he chooses, returning to socialist communism under his tyrannical leadership, but the free world would prefer to stay free.

And again, it is our business as I clearly explained to you repeatedly because we signed, and actually directed the trilateral disarmament agreement in 92 when we agreed to secure their borders against any incursion and they gave up nuclear weapons the collapsing soviets couldn’t afford to secure themselves. You would make any future agreements, and any current treaties moot and impossible to guarantee because our guarantee is worse than worthless. So shortsighted and not smart. It’s important to keep your word internationally, I know as a MAGgot that doesn’t make sense, just like telling the truth even if it hurts you doesn’t make sense to you…honesty and honor are foreign concepts to your ilk.
It would be nice if you could remember being so wrong so I didn’t have to correct you over and over and over on the exact same topic…but you can’t admit you are wrong so you will forget you were proven wrong, again, and spout the same ignorance, again, forever. So sad and mentally defective….it’s a main feature of MAGA, severe brain damage.

Walk away MAGA policies would hand the world to China, Russia, and N Korea without a word of complaint, then confusion over where our allies are when they come for us.
Ukraine is a war Russia started, one that’s being won by Ukraine with help, and one that has crippled Russia for decades to come WAY cheaper than any American policy could have. Give Joe credit, fine, Joe bankrupted Russia and destroyed their military…I don’t give him that credit, you do.

No, leftists said he would bring us into ruin, and that if he followed trough with his stated intentions he would bring us into war…but he never follows through and caved to China and Russia instead of standing strong for American ideals, interests, and Western democracy. He nearly did start a war by assassinating Iranian government officials and Syrians. I remember when you said ISIS was a nothing burger and not worth paying attention to, right before they took near half of Iraq and Syria, started attacking Americans, and we went to war with them in 2017…who was president then?
We were still at war in Afghanistan when he left office, he had just surrendered unconditionally to the Taliban and Al Qaeda under an agreement they broke repeatedly, but we were still there until Biden (poorly) facilitated the retreat Trump negotiated. Trump/MAGA didn’t avoid or end wars. Nice try at revisionism.

The policy bringing the US near war today is our Israel policy that is the same unthinking blind support for Israel from both parties, same from both presidential candidates. We are in direct military actions endangering American soldiers daily because of THAT conflict, not because of Ukraine. The unbridled ignorance is disappointing even from you. 🤦‍♂️

Ending wars by capitulating like Trump did with Crimea and surrendering unconditionally like Trump did in Afghanistan is not “winning”, it’s losing without even trying and hands the world to dictators.

The kid is asking the wrong question.

The question is Why is Russia invading Ukraine.

The answer is NATO creeping into buffer countries that was agreed on after the fall of Russia.

NATO has not stopped expanding since the fall of the Soviet Union, growing from 17 countries in 1990 to 30 today, several of which were once part of the Soviet-led Warsaw pact.

Finally Ukraine is not a NATO country----------- This is none of our business.

Biden failed Policies have done nothing but keeping pushing for war --

Ukraine is a lost war.

Israel-Hamas War: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (HBO)

newtboy says...

Yesterday IDF forces murdered 3 hostages who were shirtless with hands up (so obviously unarmed) waiving white flags and begging for help in Hebrew. 2 shot to death immediately, the third shot to death after cease fire was called by the commander.
This is conclusive evidence that the IDF is targeting any living person including surrendering unarmed civilians, not Hamas. In fact, over half the 30000 bombs they have dropped are dumb bombs, and the smart bombs target hospitals, refugee camps, and caravans of refugees (anywhere civilians can be found in groups) 100% intentionally.

The world needs to wake up and eliminate expansionist Israel and the terrorist Zionists, every single one is a fascist murderer just like the Nazis and they deserve the same treatment.

Sadly, a huge percentage of the terroristic murderous “settlers” are American Jews, so don’t let anyone claim America isn’t to blame here, we not only cause the conflict, we fund it and arm the murderous side.

We deserve any blowback we get, no matter how big.

NATO Declares Nord Pipeline Ruptures Sabotage

Nord Stream Pipeline Explosion Was Orchestrated By Decorated Ukrainian Colonel: Report
https://ground.news/article/ukrainian-military-officer-coordinated-nord-stream-pipeline-attack_f2dc68

By The Washington Post via Bard AI to grab below article

A Ukrainian military officer coordinated the attack on the Nord Stream pipeline last month, according to U.S. intelligence officials. The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said that the officer was working with a team of Ukrainian divers who carried out the attack.

The officials said that the attack was ordered by the Ukrainian government as a way to retaliate against Russia for its invasion of Ukraine. They said that the attack was also intended to send a message to Russia that Ukraine is capable of striking at its critical infrastructure.

The attack on the Nord Stream pipeline was a major blow to Russia's energy sector. The pipeline carried natural gas from Russia to Germany and other European countries. The attack has caused a significant increase in the price of natural gas in Europe.

The Ukrainian government has denied any involvement in the attack on the Nord Stream pipeline. However, the U.S. intelligence officials say that they have "high confidence" that the Ukrainian military was involved in the attack.

The attack on the Nord Stream pipeline is the latest escalation in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The conflict has been going on for over eight months and has caused a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.

Implications of the Attack

The attack on the Nord Stream pipeline has a number of implications for the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. First, it shows that Ukraine is willing to strike at Russia's critical infrastructure. This could lead to retaliation from Russia, which could further escalate the conflict.

Second, the attack has caused a significant increase in the price of natural gas in Europe. This could hurt the European economy and make it more difficult for Europe to support Ukraine.

Third, the attack has damaged the relationship between Russia and Germany. Germany was one of the main recipients of Russian natural gas through the Nord Stream pipeline. The attack could make Germany more likely to support sanctions against Russia and to provide military aid to Ukraine.

Conclusion

The attack on the Nord Stream pipeline is a significant development in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. It is a sign that the conflict is escalating and that it is becoming more difficult to resolve. It is also a sign that the conflict is having a significant impact on the global economy.

The above article was published on November 11, 2023, according to the Washington Post website.

Please note that this article is based on a leaked intelligence report and has not been independently verified. The Ukrainian government has denied any involvement in the attack on the Nord Stream pipeline.

“ It’s your insistence that Jewish people, and the existence of Israel, have always fundamentally been invaders that I was objecting to as it is so intensely at odds with factual history.”
No…it is at odds with your position and is not what I said.
It is factual history that fighting age European Jews came armed and forcibly displaced the natives after being offered sanctuary for their most needy. It is not factual that I claimed it was ever thus. That is clearly not what I said, I said for 10+- years they were getting along as refugees, then started coming in HUGE numbers illegally and taking over.

Those are facts.

I also mentioned a native Jewish population that were not refugees or invaders. Some of them supported the invading Zionists, some didn’t. I’ve never heard of one who opposed them.

“ You gave a brief nod on not being a scholar of Palestinian history, but then proceed to just count all Jewish refugees as good as Zionist aggressors from day 1(or close enough), and the local Arab population as nothing but pure, kind caring victims of these invaders.”

Not even close to true, I said many stood behind the Zionists when they started coming en masse, and didn’t say but seemingly few to none of the native Jews opposed them. I also was clear that at the beginning the refugees acted like refugees, not invaders….I mistakenly gave them more time being grateful than you say they were, according to you Palestinians position is they began the invasion in the 20’s….and theirs is the opinion I care about. I never claimed ALL Arabs were welcoming, but the “nation” as a whole (despite being not self ruling at the time) welcomed a huge number of refugees considering their own population. Way more than elsewhere.

Edit: Britain, who facilitated this invasion, only took in 80000 European Jews in the decade before and during the war, and they were only given transit visas to stay temporarily until they found other accommodations. All of England took in fewer Jewish refugees in all pre war history than Palestine did….England took in 80000, most on temporary visas, Palestine took in 60000 permanently in 1935 alone, and 130000 in 33-36.
Pre-immigration Palestine had about 700000 people. In 1944 European Jews ignored the 1500 visa limit per year and came by the hundred of thousands per year after already completely overwhelming the native population.
Palestine was forcibly invaded by a foreign population exponentially bigger than the native population while Britain kept them too weak to oppose it physically.
That’s an invasion…not on day 1. 🤦‍♂️

“ without being able to writeoff Israel as invaders from day 1, nuance enters the calculus and suddenly the conflict is flooded with shades of grey ”

Again, I said day 3, not day 1, and went on to say that meant 10 years later. Get off your high horse and READ buddy.

I guess I’ll stop here. If you aren’t going to read what I wrote and insist on arguing red herrings you made up yourself, you can do that alone.

Nothing you’ve said changes or excuses the fact that masses of armed violent invaders came to take the land from the natives by force and were successful. The exact date this happened is not only y highly subjective, it’s completely besides the point.
Nothing you’ve said changes or excuses the inhuman treatment they’ve subjected the innocent native civilian population to for 70 years…but you’ve tried.
Nothing you’ve said changes or excuses the intentional targeting of trapped civilians by the military….serious war crimes Israel commits daily.
Nothing you’ve said even hints that you consider Palestinians worthy of consideration themselves, possibly not even human status, definitely not peaceful existence.

Palestinian UN Ambassador At UN

bcglorf says...

“ my solution would be every able bodied Jewish man and woman join the French (or Polish, Russian, British) army and fucking fight…”

I agree that’s the noble thing to do, but I can’t condemn the ones that choose to seek safety in numbers with Jewish Palestinians as exclusively invasion minded aggressors. My 6 million tag was maybe a bit sharp, but you also know that the Nazi’s took Paris and as much as it sucked to be French or European under Nazi occupation, you also know adding Jewish to that carried a lot of extra consequence and danger to your family.

My POV is agnostic of everything save Isreali people today having a right exist as a nation. Which at this point from my POV leaves 1947 as somewhat academic.

It’s your insistence that Jewish people, and the existence of Israel, have always fundamentally been invaders that I was objecting to as it is so intensely at odds with factual history.

You gave a brief nod on not being a scholar of Palestinian history, but then proceed to just count all Jewish refugees as good as Zionist aggressors from day 1(or close enough), and the local Arab population as nothing but pure, kind caring victims of these invaders.

I will state again, that is ahistorical propaganda and NOT what actually happened. And for my POV, its enough generations back as to be Academic, but for your POV it is fundamental because without being able to writeoff Israel as invaders from day 1, nuance enters the calculus and suddenly the conflict is flooded with shades of grey because lots of parties all contribute to the bloodshed, and many with reasonable motivations from both sides yet too.

Please find me any reputable sources to refute the reality of 1920-1940s Palestine:
-Mass Jewish immigration fleeing European oppression raised tensions between Jewish and Arab Palestinians.(as one must expect)
-Arab palestinians were already chaffing and resisting British colonial rule(as one must expect)
-These tensions led conflict, initially more ‘civil’ with the Arab majority trying to refuse all business, sales and trade with all Jews.
-Escalation followed throughout that time, but in drips and drops and NOT a ‘surprise the Zionist army has arrived’! style of aggression

The violent escalation was a fight here, a beating there. Little individual fights, escalating into deaths. Retaliations slowly grew, with each side exchanging small escalations.

-the culmination of this was eventually all out civil war, and the Jewish side immediately accepting a UN mandated 2 state solution

-this culmination coinciding with the end of WW2 and revelations of the true extent of the holocaust can’t be ignored, it certainly shaped the Jewish mindset in the conflict.

-Their mindset was pretty clearly not inaccurate either, as the immediate response of all neighbouring Arab nations was a declaration of war on the new ‘state’, with bold claims of how quickly the Jews would be swept into the sea. The confidence was so high, a call was sent it for ALL Arab palestinians to abandon and flee the entire region of Palestine to better enable the complete cleansing of the land.

The above is all pretty much inarguably factual, and I’d bargain you could get an Arabic and Israeli scholar together to more or less agree on those facts which is saying alot.

——
Propaganda from both sides would like to declare that the Arabs harboured deep Nazi sympathies, and thus Israel was pure and true in all it did. Or from the other side, more or less your narrative of Zionist bad guys launching invasion from day 1(ish).

Both though are just sprinklings of half truths, with anti-British resentment naturally breeding some leanings towards the axis, and even genuine Nazi cleanse the Jews believers. And absolutely Zionists featured prominently within the Jewish population. Neither of those partial truths though make the propaganda of either side true, but instead just an incomplete and intentionally biased picture.

Again, please find me sources demonstrating I’m terribly wrong on all that, but the only ones I can find are clearly biased and the accurate accounts paint the picture above, the propaganda very, very clearly copies the real story more or less with just deletions of inconvenient bits
