He stated a fact. Period.

It took eric with his broader vision to point out the subtle thing going on.

I say this as someone who did the exact same thing. (And now I'm going to add to my caption and change the title.)

The whole "12 minutes straight" thing is misleading, more like 12 minutes of proving that Clinton is often lying.
That's sad, because it would be fairly easy to find 12 minutes of her lying, and just caption the proof that what she's saying is a lie. Almost everything she says is either an outright lie or designed to mislead, 12 minutes is nothing. It's like...come on.

Technically, a 'redneck' is any person who works outside and gets sunburnt on their neck...but it is clearly most often associated with rural farming southerners.
The American Cancer Society had a great campaign for a while in the south with a picture of a man from behind with a sunburnt neck and cowboy hat and a caption "rednecks can be hazardous to your health".

Reading the caption is what makes this vid. Outstanding.

Close caption it for some shits and giggles. Hint: It doesn't pick up on anything at all really. "a hard cunt" = "a hard good"

CNN is often displayed on screens in airports, food establishments, etc. with sound muted. Also, there are people who are deaf/hard of hearing that benefit from the caption.

You know what really bothers me about this video is CNN's dumbing-down caption below Dawkins, simply stating what he JUST said.
It adds NOTHING to the conversation/interview.
CNN, stop doing this.

Oh hey closed captioning just tells you the movie titles. I guess there's just no more reason to have watched all of those movies and be able to recall them from memory. Oh well.
